Regarding per seat licensing:
A license must be purchased for every individual developer (or tester) who works
with iReasoning products directly or indirectly. Each license is intended to be for single use only,
that is used only by one software developer.
Pricing for technical support is listed on each product's purchase page.
Responses to standard support are guaranteed within one business day.
Support covers installation issues, tool usage and application, and deployment.
